Fix mapping error on Tableau

I have a district map for Pakistan, but rendering has strange rendering errors that don't appear in original (see, for example, Thatta along the Sindh coast - the district is cut off with a straight line). Attached are the original district file and the new one, along with the data files. The one with errors is called Pakistan (target) -- this is the one that needs to be fixed.
