I'm looking to hire someone to take another Esri class, generate a fancy map, conduct some spatial analysis, and create a 3-D animation. I have already taken the arc gis pro basics course, creating a map layout course, introduction to coordinate systems and I would like the freelancer to generate a heat map for me. In addition, I want the freelancer to perform a cluster analysis to gain a better understanding of the data set we are working with. Finally, I am hoping that the project would culminate in a 3-D animation. I'd appreciate any further insight the freelancer might have on the project.

We have a map showing athletes on a course, and our previous developer included a feature whereby the map zooms to the participants.
