Interactive Africa Map - repost

An Map as the one in the attached image, but to be interactive. It would be added to a website homepage and inner pages. Such that
- No Flash to be used.
- we need the contacts to appear when scrolling over the
country.
The locations we’ll be stressing on in the interactive Africa map is
as in the attached word file.
Check this for an example of how the effect should be - but need to stick with our colors and look of the map in the image:

So when someone just hovers with the mouse on top of any of the seven countries we specified to show it's details as in the above effect.
