Write a function that takes a rectangular complex number as an input parameter, and returns its polar
equivalent (magnitude & angle). Angles should be expressed in degrees, not radians. Assume one point
of your vector is the origin (0 + j0). Call this function from your main() function 4 times, using a
complex number from EACH of the 4 quadrants. You will need to include the C math library in your code
in order to get the trigonometric functions you’ll need for calculating.
