I have a piece of software that was written by an experienced developer a couple of years ago that integrates with Microsoft Lync (Skype for Business), and Dynamics CRM and pops CRM records based on incoming phone calls. He wrote a nice framework for the application with plugin architecture and all sorts. I initially wrote the basic app in C# using Microsoft UCMA, but he rewrote the application to use the native Lync API. Hi, We have a Skype for Business server (Lync) and we are using the built in functionality for response groups and queues. While our customer is waiting in queue, it call will ring until answered. It can take a few minutes, even more. This is behaviour is by design. We want to add a option each x number of minutes that says: "push 1 to leave a message or press 2 or hold to stay in queue". Also, we would like to add the option to call back (maybe press 3 or something).If call back is selected, the client can hang up and will automatically be called back when its their turn. JetBrains dot Memory test program tells me I have an event handlers leak. Se attached screendump. I have also included the Visual Studio project. You will need a Lync server and proper Lync/UCMA skills to solve the problem.
