I am working for a business-to-business company and handling a client who's in an e-commerce business like Amazon and Walmart. What I do is answer questions or queries from the customer on Amazon and Walmart Seller Central. Additionally, I am sending the backorder list to the clients after checking it on their specific CRM tools. meno
