I worked in the BPO industry for 5 years at a telecommunications company as a customer service and technical support representative. What I do is answer calls from the customer, assist them with their bills, help them process payments using their cards, assist them with cellphone plans, and also help them fix their phone issues like messaging, calling, and data connections. I am working for a business-to-business company and handling a client who's in an e-commerce business like Amazon and Walmart. What I do is answer questions or queries from the customer on Amazon and Walmart Seller Central. Additionally, I am sending the backorder list to the clients after checking it on their specific CRM tools.
