I have provided administrative support to the principal, other upper level administrators, approximately 25 teachers staff and 500 students. I am also a Self- motivated , cheerful customer service professional with over two (2) years experience in a fast-paced, financial institution. This institution requires not only customer support but also ensuring full compliance to the company's procedures and regulations. I have since learnt that in a competitive market it is very important to portray your best customer service skills whilst speaking persuasively. I have also come to understand that when your employer thrives this helps create opportunities for growth for you as an employee.
