Hi!

I need a 30-45 second promo video edited for instagram. This is content that will make up a larger vlog series about training for a major triathlon race. The winning project will also have the chance to edit the vlog series for ongoing work.

THE VIDEO
This video will be a trailer to an upcoming series. no text is needed. Use this for inspiration https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rJoItaTNG5o

VIDEO FLOW
Beginning - Start of with slow motion intro shots
Middle - fast and high effort training montage. running, cycling, swimming. followed by gasping for air shots.
End - slow motion outro with fade to black.
also add in shot of person talking where possible however these need to be short. see files 'fall off bike talk' file for grab of 'I f&*king fell of my bike' & 'week total' file for a weeks training summary (please cut between totals to shorten time) .

Please add music to suit and colour grade all files.

All clips were shot in 1080P with 120 Fps. please ensure all slow moation, transitions and flow is smooth and viewer friendly.
