This project is URGENT!

I need an attention grabbing image made for Facebook.

The image will be posted on a US Marines facebook page and we want Marines who box/fight, to apply for a position to represent the USA in an upcoming WBA boxing tournament. We want to encourage Marines to follow the link attached with the image.
The image needs to grab visitors attention and and encourage them to expand the post to read more information.

The image MUST contain the following components:
1) Flying Tiger Logo (attached - "Flying Tigers.psd") - needs editing. See below
2) WBA Logo (attached "WBA.jpg" or "WBA-no background.png")
3) Text (see below)
4) US flag (authentic looking rather than digital)
5) Chinese flag (authentic looking rather than digital)
* The flags most likely need to be in the background and semi transparent rather than having bold and in the foreground.

Optional components or ideas
=======================
Below are a few other ideas of things that could but do NOT need to be included:
1) background skyline of Shanghai (like in example poster)
2) Boxers
3) Boxing gloves
4) Military personnel
5) Military camouflage

Style
====
Attached is a poster (Example poster.jpg) we've created previously which is fantastic but might be difficult to replicate. We don't want a Web2.0 design. Simple is fine, without many photos or graphics. Or more layered and textured design like the attached poster is also good. Overall the design can't look cheap, unprofessional or too "digital". We are advertising a live boxing event, not a new computer game, software or the latest social network.

The image needs to contain the following text, with each line on a new line. The numbers in "[ ]" represent what I think the approximate relative size of the font for each line should be. I am open to your suggestions though.

Flying Tiger Logo
=============
The Flying Tiger Logo PSD file needs to be edited. The Chinese characters below the logo need to be replaced with the following: "Flying Tigers". Please use similar styling on the characters as is already used. The height "Flying Tigers" compared to the logo can be reduced from what it is now.

Output
=====
I don't know what resolution or ratio the image should be but it should be at least 1,200 x 628px. The output for the contest is 2 files:
1) JPEG file
2) Editable PSD file (fonts must be included with file)
