  and copyrights? He used some footages which I dont think so that he has any copyrights or credits.. When you're creating promotion video for App I think everything should be copyrighted.

I'm a producer with a company to hold and I provide all content in a professional manner ,is legally certified just for this service. I don't download videos from youtube or other means they obviously have copyright for non-commercial use, is little porfesional .

It is very tempting to grab videos with happy events. whoever provides a link deserves to be a winner. a footage showing a face (close up) is very expensive. so the trick here is to find a person wearing an eyeglass that is hard to be noticed, lol! still not safe. so if you dont have a link don't waste your time, or else the owner will receive a pile of copyright issues
