This was an unfortunate job for me, and probably for the worker too. Worker was a very nice guy and i could tell, really tried at making this work. Unfortunately, he was very unorganized and when given specifications, did not deliver what was asked. When i gave him changes, he would make half to 60% of them and "miss" the others. Then when i really noticed, there were other mistakes that were the effect of using a previous version to make edits from. I ended up having to hire a worker to fix his mistakes. I take partial responsibility in the fact that i sent him some additional changes that i didn't specify originally, but these requests were not extra ordinary changes that i hadn't performed with other designers on vWorker and i offered to pay him extra for these. I had used this worker before with no problems, but this time it was unfortunately a nightmare.
