Revamp MobiOne Project

This freelancer promised to do the job in 2 days and said it was simple. 2 days after the deadline, I have not seen so much as a screenshot or anything to show me he's even got started on it. I have been sending him messages on freelancer for the past 2 days (since the deadline) and he has not replied to a single one of my messages.

Replace static web site menu with dynamic drop-down menus

The funds had been released on this project. The employer alleged that they found out (after funds were released) that Reliable Kris (the worker)used 3rd party code without their permission. vWorker put this into arbitration to get the worker to respond but they did not respond and thus forfeited the arbitration. All funds in escrow were returned to RThompson (the employer).

Reliable Kris (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and Reliable Kris did not do this. All funds in escrow were returned to ww123 (the employer).
