Deliver projects through Agile/ Scrum methodologies. Understand the Project through Stakeholder discussions and initial documents, capture the business requirements, and fine-tuning. • Researching industry trends and explore options for adoption with guidance. Ability to handle multiple projects of different magnitudes at a time. • Determine and define the Scope & Objective of the projects and develop a comprehensive project plan. Develop and Manage detailed Project schedules and Task plans. • Perform Estimation and Task plan documents, traceability matrix, bridge documents, etc. based on the size of the project. • Communicating the project plan and the details of the deliverables with the Management, stakeholders, and with the customers • Identifying impacted aspects of the Project/Change Request, understand the data, and model the requirements • Knowledge of Architecture principles, models, and patterns Understand system integration concepts and patterns. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution. • Team Management including the mentoring of developers and testers, Monitoring the progress, and adjusting as needed, and tracking the project performance till closure. • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints. Identify all the risks associated with the assigned projects. Owns the scrum process and ensures the delivery team is following Scrum Agile methodology. • Leads daily stand-ups and establishes an environment where the team can be effective • Ensures the design document and data models are following best practices • Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting, sprint review meeting, and sprint retrospective meeting. Organize scrum of scrum meetings, and weekly all-hands meetings for project status. • Organize team on sprint estimation, and team collaboration. Tracks, escalates, and removes impediments, and acts as a safeguard for his team. Provides all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leads by example • Preparation of tasks, and sub-tasks for the team and enhance team members to practice the sprint activities. • Preparation of sprint plan, DSR, WSR, RAID, and Sprint closure documents to management. • Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity • Guides the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks. • Ensure Sprint Velocity is captured, analyzed, and works to increase for subsequent sprints.
