Saraswathy has **nineteen years** of experience in IT industry.    Her responsibilities included managing the entire function of Delivery at Cigniti - this includes the Business Development support including Pre-Sales function and Solution Engineering, Customer Stakeholder Management, Delivery Responsibility, Quality Management, Integration with Support Units, Building the Technical competency etc. Prior to Cigniti, Saraswathy was a Program Manager at Satyam Computer Service Ltd. Her major accomplishments include winning the new customers to the organization and executing the projects. She was involved in contract preparation, vendor meetings, customer presentations representing Health Insurance business and Testing industry, due-diligence activities and other pre-sales activities like preparation and review of proposals etc. She has experience in managing different types of projects like Consulting, Development, Conversion / Migration, Maintenance and Production Support projects in general as well as in Testing space.   Saraswathy is instrumental in bringing out Insurance specific Testing solutions to the customers, assessment of tools from QTP, Compuware, LISA, Rational etc to suit to the customer requirements. She has been the contact point for some of the tool vendors.   Prior to taking up Testing Delivery role, Saraswathy was a Delivery Manager in Health care space at Satyam. She possesses wide experience of project management handling several customers in different lines of businesses like BFSI space, Department of Transportation, and Sales and Distribution of Magazines. Saraswathy is an expert in **CICS** **with IBM Assembly, has worked on COBOL**, and well versed with RDBMS like DB2 and OS concepts & VSAM.  She is strong in developing tools and system applications using IBM Assembly and REXX.   She has in depth knowledge on Macro Level CICS (CICS Version 1.7) and Command Level CICS (CICS Versions 2.1.2, 3.1, 3.3 & 4.1) with IBM Assembly Language.   She has extensively worked on IBM technologies including client server projects such as client on MS DOS and the server on IBM mainframe. She has established the client environment at offshore connecting to the IBM mainframe through APPC using Token ring connectivity.   She has lead many Y2K project teams with different approaches for date conversions. She has helped the organizations in developing the conversion tools and testing methodologies. Also executed multiple COBOL and CICS upgrade projects from one version to other versions. She has executed a migration project from VAX to IBM. Her rich experience has helped the customer in scheduling the porting of Natural/ADABAS application from VAX to IBM.   She has design experience with OOAD techniques and well versed with tools like Rational Rose. She had worked for EDS as lead analyst and designer. Saraswathy has worked as a subject matter expert in a project EDS in a financial system.
