Company Basis: Work folio maintained as an administrator for the Company , to look after all the centre sales, service measures both for the company and the customers. Holding an administrator role staffing, controlling, office management and maintaining TAT, FIFO, in work was also the prime factor. Support Team leader: Provide trainings to the Service team with new updates of the Product respectively for service and Sales both maintaining there internal knowledge of the Products and also to achieve the targets related to TAT for service maintaining the customer’s Satisfaction and Management prior to the service team.
