Being a researcher and developer, I worked in different national and international IT companies. I learned new skills, how to work in a team to accomplish the goal, how to meet deadlines, and how to work in multi-cultural and fast-paced environments using cutting-edge technologies. I learned from my experience that the project is successful if all stakeholders of the project including the researchers and developers and clients are on the same page at every phase of the project. I think that if there is no impact of the innovative product on the society than the time and funds have been wasted.
