 Over 5 decade of combined experience in Design & Development of Machines (Reverse Engineering), Inspection, Quality Assurance, Vendor Development and Mechanical Design of Process Equipments. • • • Indigenization of Imported machinery i.e. right from the stage of sketches/drawings preparation, stage wise inspection to the final prototype trials. • Vendor Development / Quality Assurance, Selection of vendors, follow up & coordination, •Mechanical Design of Process Equipment – Static as per ASME code • Inspection of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks and other fabricated chemical equipments – right from the stage of raw material identification, welding procedures, welder’s qualification & tests like Hydro /Pneumatic etc. • Mechanical Integrity Tests for the Old chemical equipments – like Pressure Vessels, Agitators, Heat Exchangers, Jacketed Vessels, Vacuum and Gear Pumps, Blowers etc. • To firm up the technical specifications: Selection of Vendors having machinery / equipment of latest technology within the allocated budget for up gradation and efficiency of the existing plant, liaison / follow up the various vendors /locations to weed out the bottlenecks for the project completion in time. • Review drawings and verify technical documents generated by consultants, subcontractors, vendors in accordance with project requirements. • Chartered Engineer – Mechanical (MIE)
