Honestly, I took a chance on Ben. He had no reviews and contacted me on my website which I instructed not to do. I made this mistake in the past, hiring someone from one of these sites, but off the platform and it turned out terribly! For whatever reason I vetted bet, I asked for help from the Freelancer Recruiter I hired and ended up going with him. Over a year later, I'm still with Ben and HE IS THE BEST. I say that with very, very few folks I work with. He has a great creative eye, he comes up with solutions, his work is high quality, his prices are extremely fair. I would have a difficult time finding someone to replace Ben. I even visited him in Helsinki when I was there and he's a great guy, too!
