Committed to do work that he thought he could do but, in the end, could not. He left it to the deadline to advise that he wasnt able to do the project, which was infuriating to say the least. In his defence, he then did whatever was asked of him to create a workaround and the project was completed, albeit after the deadline. Laksh damaged his reputation because of the inital failure however his efforts to resolve the issue were excellent. Needs to communicate more. In the end, I did pay him his full amount.
