I have the skills in establishing good relationship with the clients/customer and i am able to learn quickly and has good customer service. i work before in LBC Express Inc, as a customer service associate from 2013-2015 it is a Courier company based in the Philippines a market leader in payments, remittance, courier products, mail, parcels and, cargo logistics. my job is to accept shipments from customers following LBC's standards and acceptance rules, ensure all official receipt are validated and do daily sales and people's money deposit, answer calls from different customer and established good relationship to them and make them satisfied with our service. i also have skills in marketing i work as a marketing associate.
