I work in a call center company for more than 5 years with different accounts. I handled At&t Uverse, At&t DTV until they merge which is one of the difficult account in industry. I also handled Amazon one of the largest retail in Industry and Silver star brand before I decided to work as a Virtual Assistant because of the pandemic. My first VA job was in Gleamteam its a Canadian account. I am an appointment setter who always make sure that the quote for the service are good. I also work in Elite Med Listings also a VA job. My position is a Patient Coordinator who pre qualify the patients who interested with the procedure. I love to learned everyday because it motivates me to work harder which was also fruits of my promotions.
