As a Digital Resource Creator, I create videos (using After Effects, Premiere Pro & Camtasia) and tutorials (using Articulate 360 & Xerte) and edit web content (using the university's customised CMS) for staff and students. This content is reviewed by a specialist panel before anything is posted on the university's channels to ensure it meets the appropriate accessability and wording criteria. I am also working on a project which involves making 3D printers and VR more accessible.

As a Service Desk Analyst I solved technical issues for university stakeholders. I solved the issues in-person, via phone, instant messaging and over email. I worked with a variety of universtiy members, from professors to international students. During my time here, I set-up the correct pipeline for video tutorial creation so that the department could refer people to video tutorials, rather than having to explain the process over the phone or via instant messaging/email.

As a Digital Compositor, I used Nuke to composite assets onto plates (videos) by using techniques such as masking, rotoscoping, chroma keying, motion tracking and colour correction to remove and add various assets. This included adding bullet holes, removing wires which were attached to actors during stunts and adding CGI elements, such as futuristic computer screens. I worked on various advertisements as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime films.
