More than 3 years of management experience as a Volunteer Manager in organizational leadership, recruitment of volunteers and relationship building with volunteers and team members. Helped initiate the first ever Sri Lanka Unites Reconciliation Center in the District of Mullaithivu in help providing scholarships for students in ICT and English Diplomas as the Community Center Manager. Initiated the first ever SPEAK UP Campaign and launched it successfully at the World Conference on Youth as the Project Manager for the SPEAK UP Campaign.
