During the last 12 years as a Business lawyer I have helped local and international entrepreneurs creating and establishing more than 1,500 businesses in Dominican Republic.
I have advised more than 2,000 companies on legal and administrative issues, labor law, social security and tax matters.
Being immersed in issues related to entrepreneurship, I am aware of the investment opportunities and market conditions.
As the manager of the Telecommunications Fraud Control division I created multiple controls to protect against fraud in telecommunications.
As co-founder of a company and foundress of my own company, I have had the opportunity to manage budgets, process and teamworks.
As the Public Affair regional director I directed, supported and trained 9 Local Public Affairs Directors. I worked directly with leaderships, I also represented my region in two international public affairs seminars, in Guatemala and Bolivia. I have about 10 years of experience in Public Affairs, being able to create new relationships at the level of private institutions, I led the execution of large projects such as the participation of the organization in the Dominican Republic Book Fair on at least 4 occasions. Execution of 2 Annual Public Affairs seminars for the entire Caribbean Area.
I innately possess an advanced ability to communicate and create relationships that produce positive effects. In addition to having several diplomas and certifications in teaching and professional training and have more than 15 years in teaching experience.
As manager of the customer service department, I had the opportunity to manage the largest number of employees in my entire career, these being more than 65 employees, so I have the necessary skills to manage personnel.
