This was not a good experience. Coder bid on a project without knowing how to finish the project successfully. I had to explain to him how to solve problems and link him to various sites with explanations. I'm no coder but I had to help him, the coder. He basically do not quality test his own code at all. It was full of css errors and not w3c valid. He claimed his work was done but it was far from it. I could not waste any more time on this project so I awarded him the funds and will look for someone to complete this project that lives up to the standards we provide.
