Female Voice Over (American Accent), IVR Prompts

For the last 15 years, I have been recording 1-800 Customer Service messages for a large Seattle Retailer's Customer Care Centers. When I was an Instructional Designer/Education Specialist for the company (10 of my 33 years there) I narrated multiple e-learns. These recording were heard by thousands of customers. In addition to the Customer Care recordings, I narrated internal employee recordings (70,000 plus employees) including phone tree prompts for HR, Benefits, Payroll, Scheduling, etc. I have recently narrated and produced two audio-books while working on a third and fourth for Amazon in addition to voice prompts and video narrations for freelance work. I am now looking to get into voice full time.
