Professional & lots of communication. I work two jobs so it was hard for me to stay on top of everything. I wish she would have done some of the clean up of the video without me having to ask. I initially approved 3 hours of work and she ended up billing me for over 20 hours for a 17 minute video that needed editing, but contained no advanced editing IMO. The job was totally over my budget, but I guess that's my fault for not reinforcing my budget up front.
