I have an experience as a Team Leader in one of the BPO Company in the Philippines. I have worked for more than 3 years and have been awarded as the Top Team Leader of 2009 and Most Outstanding Leader of 2010. I also performed functions as an ad hoc Operations Supervisor. Before I become a team leader I started as a Customer Service Representative for one year and later on was converted to Advance Customer Service Representative where we handle technical concerns that include administration of troubleshooting steps up to building work order for technician visit. I also worked as Sales Representative in an Appliance Center selling audio video and home appliances. I also worked as an Account Specialist in an herbal company and recently as a telemarketer for a credit restoration company based outside Fort Worth Texas through online jobs. My experience in customer service for more than 3 years gave me confidence to Process paper works, conducting research for acquiring new skills and development as well as my background in conducting proactive Customer Satisfaction Survey using the key questions on American Customer Satisfaction Index gives me my application an edge to other applicants. Being a Team Leader I have to take note and manage the performance of my agents on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. In case the goals of the major key performance indicator were not reached I will create a project for myself which includes training, calibration, one on one sessions, whichever is applicable after identifying the agents major opportunities. Budgeting and forecasting is also involved as rewards will be given to those who deliver good performance.
