Bristi was professional throughout, however was frustrating to work with. I provided an example of the logo with modifications I wanted but we went through something like 10 or more iterations because there were clear errors in the drawing, or features were changed even though I hadn't asked for them to be changed. Given communication was challenging I had to repeatedly redraw the logo or highlight the features which were changed. She did however provide changes back quickly.
