I am a graduate from Velez College with a degree of Bachelor of Science Major in Biology. Two years ago, I took up my Master’s Degree in the field of Environmental Studies at the University of the Philippines here in Cebu. After I graduated, I had my first 2 years of working experience at XML Innodata Content Factory in which I had to learn to use the Photoshop application for image editing and Microsoft Excel for data entry. A few days after, I was given a job offer from a Japanese Owned company. I have been in service for more than 5 years. My main function is to trace and proofread house floor lay-outs using different software provided by our clients. Aside from that, I am also tasked to do some administrative works in the department. Few months after, I found myself working in a call center as an agent where my customer relation skill has been put to the test. From my personal perspective, I can say that I\'m a people person and very outgoing. I really enjoy meeting and working with a lot of different people. I\'m a perfectionist. I pay attention to all the details, and like to be sure that everything is just right. I\'m a creative thinker. I like to explore alternative solutions to problems and have an open mind about what will work best. I\'m efficient and highly organized. This enables me to be as productive as possible on the job. My hobby includes surfing the net, playing chess, cooking, watching tv and listening to my favorite music.
