The developer did not show up for a week, did not follow company rules including missing all morning meetings and not posting end of day status. He was giv en clear instructions and access to slack. He told us that he was sick and his wife was supposed to tell us. He then hounded us for work - called me on skype over and over again until I had to ban him. Perhaps he will learn to be professional in the future as his background is very good.
