I am well versed with Catia V5 R19 and SolidWorks2007&2010. I am currently working for ISRO as Design Engineer on Contract . I have experience in creating 3d Models of Jigs , Air frame , Engine Flow Duct, RLV (Reusable Launch Vehicle) Base Shroud , outlet part of the centrfugal pump having internal involte profile and extracting the fabrication drawings for shopfloor using GD&T The models created are internally reviewed by Scientist Engineers in iSRO and then only allowed to extract the Fabrication drawings. The modelling process is Strictly based on Design Intent and model reusability.

Design of welding jigs and extraction of engineering drawings of welding Jigs for the Rudder and Elevon of the RLV - TD project. 3D model creation of the Base Shroud sub assembly of the RLV-TD project. This is scheduled for AUG 2015. 3D modeling and extraction of fabrication drawings of Scram Jet engine for the Air breathing propulsion project (ABPP). 3D model creation for analysis purpose of PAY LOAD ADAPTER for GSLV MK II. Supply neutral model formats to shop floor as data input for CNC machines. To actively participate in internal and external review meetings and prepare minutes and notes regarding the corrections and actions. 3D modeling of Silica tiles and SIP (Strain Insulation Pad) for the RLV-TD project (FSB region). 3D modeling and extraction of shop floor drawings for Fixture for the EB welding to be done on the Vertical Tail of the RLV-TD project. 3D modeling and drawing extraction of ENGINE SIMULATION TEST RIG for the SEMI CRYOGENIC project.
