Hi. My name is Kate. I provide business, career, and life coaching to clients from all walks of life and in all stages of their careers. I am solutions oriented, optimistic, and a champion of people and their abilities. I take a comprehensive, whole-person approach to coaching that will allow you to achieve your full potential. My approach to coaching is based on trust, encouragement, and empowerment. For the coach-client relationship to be successful, the process must be collaborative and empowering. I believe that each person holds the key to his or her success. It is my job to help you uncover and understand your true motivations, evaluate your strengths, and acknowledge your weaknesses. With this information we will clarify and refine your goals and create an action plan to achieve them. We will review and revise them as necessary. The goal is to empower you to continue learning and growing well after the coach-client relationship is over.
