I am Lois and I worked for 5yrs in the Accounting Department, I have experienced in Accounts Payable Office including managing large volumes of invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payments. I worked as a Cost Accountant and Finance Asst. and I analyze costs, and managed monthly inventory, including tracking inventory levels, conducting inventory audits, daily recording of sales, auditing and analyzing sales, and daily pcf. As a Head Accountant in my last job, I handled daily cash positions, analyzed trial balance, and prepared bank reconciliation and income statements. I am a fast learner and can easily adapt to any new environment. I am also highly organized and detail-oriented, which are critical skills for a Virtual Assistant as a Bookkeeper or Accountant.
