I am currently a part time ESL teacher and a content writer. I have knowledge from my past experiences that can be used to benefit me and you/your company. I have worked for a BPO comoany for 9 years, 5 years as a TSR and almost 4 years as a coordinator in the command center doing real time analysis, intraday/preday staffing adjustment, running and sending reports to clients and also worked as a virtual assistant from partners across the globe. I am a well rounded individual, easy to adapt to changes and people. I work hard alone and even harder with a team. I am socially connected to the world as I am a user of Facebook, twitter, Instagram, Pinterest. I like finding ways and means to better myself. If there are things I do not understand or know a little of I make internet my best buddy and research for it.
