I need a continue collaboration for a web based project.
i will hire the developer for task to be completed and payed one by one.
I will need daily meeting on skype, and possibily a developer with time zone not too far from italy, to have better chance to meet in skype in day time.
The project is based on Worpress website + [login to view URL] framework + Jwuery components + CSS + webserver + MYSQL.
I prefer also a developer with skills in server configuration for security reason.
The project is big and will take months of developing.
Be honest as i have experience in hiring and i will choose only the best based on their experience and after proof of little task completed.
