This is a medium level project overall that touches upon basic user data collection via questionnaires, the ability to compare and contrast data and provides matches to user. BASIC Admin and content control. Users can signups to see their data matches and records. Full details within the attached PDF. We will expect you to design, code and implement the features of this site. OPEN TO PLATFORM - developer's choice as long as its secure and will function; we are thinking Laravel? NO WORDPRESS - don't even suggest it; we don't want forced and modified modules in an attempt to make the site work. TO BE BUILT ON YOUR OWN BUILD LOCATION but we will provide final hosting for you to transfer and set up. Desktop AND mobile friendly. No ecommerce/billing for now; that may be later on down the line once concept is proven.
