Hello, i want to make an on-line website to publish books and writing articles as well as including a chatting on-line to reply immediately on the questions. Also it should have feature of downloading the papers as well as to pay low rate 5-10 USD for the downloadable books and or papers so that the money goes to pay pal account
I want it in English, Arabic, Spanish, Russians, French, Italian, Portuguese and German languages, with a potential after launching the project that an IT staff to be handling the website remotely and to enable the site to be managed by different personnel overseas remotely to answer the chatting questions in different languages as well as i need an application for mobiles (IOS, Android, etc) to have such features downloadable as well .
The site and the application shall have the feature for the members to have login details connected to the google or facebook accounts to be signed up and signed in automatically
