I'm looking for a really good wordpress designer for a project. The project would be quite straight forward for the designer and should take no more than 1 day....

It's a vlog, with several optin boxes - The optin boxes are key and ideally I am looking for a designer who has design knowledge for online marketers and call to actions on web pages. The designer can use any free theme or use two paid themes I have providing the design is clean, professional and pleasing on the eye.
Designer would need to create stunning call to action optin boxes, one of the right column, one on the footer and one below the menu bar.
The budget for this project is $100 USD and payment is on completion only there is no up front payments, send me 1 similar project you have done so I can assess your design skills. The Theme you customise needs to be portable as I'll be using this on more than one site and I will provide the headers, unless you can do that to?
