402395 Website Template

I need someone to design a template that can detect different versions of browsers and sizes and automatically adjust the screen so the template fills the entire page. In the design, the template must have lots of easy to read icons that will be used for navigation as well the coloring easy to read.

The ideal graphic artist must show me several website you have done recently and what on each website you actually did. Just show me your portfolio.

Also, I will need a logo create to match the website.

Also, if you are familiar with writing code, I may assign the project to yuo as well. Please provide some examples.
