I am in need of a small 4-6 page website designed with all graphics and html. Graphics should be developed in photoshop with all psd files supplied and html should be a template so that it may be changed easily. This site is for a small neighborhood association with pages like:
Home Page
About Us
Upcoming Events
Contact us etc...
I have uploaded a logo that I would like to use with using the same color scheme, but will look at anything.
Budget is very low as the association will not pay, so I have to personally pay which I am willing to do.
Please only custom designs...NO PREMADE TEMPLATES!
