Need 733 Consecutive Small Icons

I need 733 graphic files in either GIF, PNG or JPG format similar to the example attached. Please note that when it says "+365" to "+6" it means that you are to provide a file for every number in between such as "+364", "+363", "+362" ... "+8", "+7", "+6". The total quantity of files in between these is shown to the right.
The final size, font and size, and colors will be given to you when the contract is awarded. All images shall be the exact same size in width and height. Graphic loading time is very important so if you feel that one format is better suited for this than the other please advise.
Project will be completed in two steps. First step will be for you to provide the 11 icons shown on the attached and we'll check to make sure that they are correct. Once this is confirmed you will be released to complete the project. This will be done to make sure that you don't waste any time creating all of the files only to find that something was wrong with the first ones.
Please provide examples of your work as well as the time for completion.
