Stock Profile Site Software Requirement Specifications
Programming Platform: PHP/MYSQL – CMS (custom CMS or modified joomla, drupal or others, preferably the CMS that [login to view URL] uses)
My stock profile site (domain name will be exposed to the winner of this project) will have EVERY FEATURE OF [login to view URL]

DESIGN
Design: The layout and design can also be similar to otcpicks.com. I would prefer orange/black/white and maybe a little bit of dark gray combination of colors ( gray background). The design must be very clean and professional (similar to otcpicks) with a unique touch to it, that will make the user fall in love with the site and keep coming back to it.
Besides the design/layout and logo, your job will be to create other graphics for my site including:

FUNCTIONALITY
The speed at which the site functions will play a very important role, your job is to make sure that the site works at the fastest speed possible. You must be able to test the site and make sure it will function properly with huge amounts of traffic and bandwidth video streaming. The site must be completely bug free on the final delivery, it will be your job to completely eliminate any bugs and make sure the site works and looks good in different browsers and platforms.
HOSTING
I will also need consulting and expert advice on what kind of servers to get and plan ahead of the big amount of traffic and bandwidth streaming videos. I will need to know ahead of time, approximately how much I can expect to pay for the servers and traffic in the future as the site grows. Your job will be to find the best, optimal deal on what servers I should get in the beginning and I should easily be able to upgrade to faster servers and get more servers as the site grows.
FORMAT
All pages will be SEO friendly with optimized meta tags, title etc…
The videos that are uploaded will be converted to .FLV format, the uploading feature should support all video formats supported.
ADMINISTRATION
The administration control panel will have control over every aspect of user interaction including: video management, user management, admin management, advertisements management. That means I will be able to delete, add, edit, manage, categorize, comment, blog etc….using the CMS easily. I hope you understand what I mean here, if not please pm and we can discuss administration in more detail, basically what I’m trying to say is that I should have full control over all the content and user interaction of the site and should be able to easily manage that content.
ADDITIONAL
I’m looking for a professional company that knows what they’re doing and can complete this project BUG FREE within the specified time period. Please do not bid if you have lack of experience in developing similar projects.
