We publish several technology magazines in digital format and we are seeking a Reprint Manager.
The project entails taking each issue of the magazine and going through it, and making a list of the companies who are featured. Then going to their we site to get an email contact for their P.R. or marketing person, and sending them a “canned’ email, telling them about the magazine article, and the fact that we offer reprints and PDF licenses for their web site. A follow-up is required by both email and telephone, as some people will want to speak with someone before they are ready to order.
So you must have great American English communications skills, you need to be able to express yourself and understand the needs of the people you contact. You also need t be able to respond to their emails in a professional and business-like way.
The project requires that you work at least four hours per day, five days a week, and you must have at least two hours of that time during the U.S. Western time zone, GMT -8 hours.
You can be located anywhere as we will give you a VOIP SIP phone which works from your Broadband connection, and you MUST have a Broadband Internet connection to be considered for this project.
You should have good computer skills and know how to research on the Internet.
You will be asked to achieve simple marketing goals and we expect you to give it your very best effort. In return we offer you flexible work hours, and a monthly rate of up to $500, plus commission and bonuses.
There is a real potential with this project to make very good money. It depends entirely on the individual as to what the upward limit is, as we want to achieve outstanding results for everyone.
