FreePBX incoming call error/mystery!

One of the DIDs on my FreePBX routes to an IVR. I had several users complain that when calling that number they heard a carrier rejection message and then the call hung up.

When I called the number myself it worked fine, when the users called again it worked fine, now the oddest part is that all of the calls show in the CDR including the ones that didn’t work!

Unfortunately I have no way to replicate this issue and looking for someone who can find out what happened by looking at the logs.

Carrier message could be early media message if this is the case they are not on the logs and the second thing is if carrier is playing early media and then terminating the call the fix would need to be done on the Altro

Hi, I've seen similar behaviors on PBXs in the past. The fact that the CDRs for those calls are getting generated, it's a plus, because it means that the calls are getting in and logs will be generated. It would be har Altro
