Integrate/configure GPS Tracking Device to GPS Platform

I want to configure a particular GPS Tracker to work with a certain GPS tracking platform. The tracking platform provider has already provided 'sample listerner' to easily configure the devices using visual studio.

The sample listeners can be downloaded from the software platform providers site.

I will provide you with the device protocol and API key that will be required.

since the 'sample listeners are already built and only the protocol needs to be updated, this should be a fairly straight forward job for someone with visual basic (MS Visual Studio) skill and knowledge of GPS tracking. I therefore expect a modest quote. If the price is reasonable and your work is good, I will obtain your services to configure more devices.
