Job Title: Executive Assistant

Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing organization in the [industry/niche] sector.

Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Assist with email correspondence and prioritize incoming messages.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
