We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to perform the following duties to include but are not limited to:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
*Answer all calls routed by the automated attendant to the operator and properly direct calls and messages.
* Greet clients and visitors and notify staff of their arrival.
* Maintain emergency voice mail messages and automated attendant day night service.
* Acts as liaison between physicians, case managers and clients.
* Maintain physicians appointment schedules.
N.B-You must be base in the United State
