1. Process details : B2B process. It's a lead qualification process. Data will be provided by the client. The data will consist of leads coming in from website and lead gen forms. The interpreter needs to call the clients to qualify the lead by asking relevant questions and setup demo with the sales team.
1 day training will be provided to the agents. While working the stability factor has to be kept in mind.
No of calls to be done - 60-70 calls per Interpreter per day.
